Q1: The A10VSO pump has no output flow. What are the possible causes and solutions?

Cause Solution
Motor rotation direction is reversed Swap two phases of the motor power supply to correct rotation direction.
Swashplate angle is 0° (no displacement) For DR control: Adjust the handwheel/lever to increase the swashplate angle. For EP control: Check if the electrical signal (0-10V/4-20mA) is normal.
Suction line is blocked/leaking Clean or replace the suction filter; repair leaks in the suction line.
Oil level in the tank is too low Add hydraulic oil to the recommended level (between the tank’s upper/lower marks).
Internal wear (e.g., piston/cylinder block) Overhaul the pump; replace worn parts (pistons, cylinder block, valve plate).

Q2: The pump makes abnormal noise (e.g., whistling, knocking). How to fix it?

6. Safety & Warranty

Q1: What safety precautions should be followed when working with the A10VSO pump?
